Directions
Acute: Take 3-5 cups daily to support flushing of the urinary tract and to help reduce irritability.
To support the regular cleansing of metabolic wastes and excess body fluid take 1-3 cups daily between meals.
Regular kidney cleansing supports a healthy, glowing skin.
Best to take last cup by 5-6pm to ensure uninterrupted bedrest.
Naturally alkalising and remineralising, especially important after sport and in sub-optimal health. Can be safely taken longer for maintenance.
Detoxification programme (apply at least twice a year)
Use as part of a deep cleansing programme: Drink one cup of ARTEMIS Liver Detox Tea before breakfast, followed by ARTEMIS Kidney Cleanse Tea after breakfast. Repeat cycle at lunch time and afternoon tea. For full cleansing and toning benefit take 3 cups each daily for 3-6 weeks.
Preparation
Take 1 heaped teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
